Surgeons at the Adelaide Bariatric Centre were the first in South Australia and amongst the first in Australia to perform bariatric operations robotically using the Da Vinci Xi system. The robotic approach to weight loss surgery is in evolution and A/Prof Kow and Dr Chisholm are proud to be at the forefront of this technology to see where it may lead.
